Installation Instructions

In order to use the electronic forms you require two components:

   1. Software application for use with the MFS Electronic 
      Forms (Eforms) for data reporting 
      (only for users who do not have Microsoft Access software)

   2. Eforms

Please follow the instructions below to determine which of these
components you need to install, and how to install them.


Software application for use with the Eforms 
(Microsoft Access Run-time)
--------------------------------------------

If you have Microsoft Access 97 or 2000 installed already, you
should not install the software application for use with the Eforms.


If you do not have Microsoft Access 97 or 2000 installed, 
you will require a copy of the Software application for use with 
the Eforms. This application is distributed by the Multilateral Fund
Secretariat in a CD. 

The minimum computer requirements are a Pentium processor with 
Windows 95 and 20 MB of available free hard disk space.

Open the CD and double-click on the file named "Setup.exe" and 
follow the on-screen instructions.


Eforms
------

The Eforms application is zipped in a file named "Eforms.zip". This 
file can be downloaded from the Multilateral Fund Secretariat 
web site (www.unmfs.org Section 3). The application is also available 
on a floppy disk.

The contents of the zipped file should be extracted using the WinZip 
program, and copied in an appropriate folder, for example:
"C:\MyDocuments\Eforms".

To open the Eforms application, double-click on the file called
"Eforms.mdb".
