The Thirty-eighth Meeting of the Executive Committee decided:

(a) to take note of the communication received from the World Intellectual Property Organisation, pursuant to decision 37/62;

(b) to approve the guidelines for the financing of projects using technology that is not in the public domain (Annex VIII.4).
