The Thirty-seventh Meeting of the Executive Committee decided to approve the project for the phase-out of CFCs in the foam sector in India in principle, at a total cost of US $5,424,577 excluding agency support costs, in accordance with the agreement between the Government of India and the Executive Committee contained in (Annex XII.2).
