
The Thirty-seventh Meeting of the Executive Committee decided to approve the phase-out plan for elimination of CFCs in the refrigeration (manufacturing) sector in Indonesia in principle, at a total cost of US $6,398,000 excluding agency support costs, in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Indonesia and the Executive Committee.

Subsequently, the Thirty-eighth Meeting of the Executive Committee decided:
(a) to approve the national plan for phasing out the use of CFC in mobile air-conditioning sector through a combination of policies, technical assistance programmes and CFC recovery and recycling and the phase-out management plan for CFCs in the refrigeration (servicing) sector project proposals, in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Indonesia and the Executive Committee, contained in Annex XII.36 to the present report;
10. to note that bilateral partners might wish to consider developing future proposals to assist Indonesia to address any remaining eligible CFC consumption.
