The Thirty-ninth Meeting of the Executive Committee decided to approve the national ODS phase-out plan for Albania on the understanding that approval was without prejudice to the operation of the Montreal Protocol’s mechanism dealing with non compliance and in accordance with the agreement between the Government of Albania and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XII.40 to the present report.
