The Fortieth Meeting of the Executive Committee, after a discussion in which concerns were expressed about the advisability of making exceptions to the recently adopted criteria for project funding to accelerate phase-out, the Executive Committee decided to approve the terminal phase-out management plan for CFCs (first tranche) for Trinidad and Tobago, in accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XII.61.
