The Twenty-fifth Meeting of the Executive
Committee decided to request the World Bank to take into account the comments
and suggestions made in the course of the discussion on the need to consider a
number of significant cost and eligibility issues when preparing a final
proposal for submission to the 26th Meeting. As a special case, this project
might not need to meet the requirements of Decision 17/6, but must fall within
the US $15.15 million estimated by China to be the total requests from the
Multilateral Fund for the entire sector and should not contain proposals for
IOC.
