The
Forty-fourth Meeting of the Executive Committee decided:
(a) to approve in principle the national CFC
phase-out management plan for Lebanon at a total level of funding of US $2,091,420
plus agency support costs of US $156,857 for UNDP;
(b) also to approve the Agreement between the
Government of Lebanon and the Executive Committee contained in Annex XII.73 to
the present document; and
(c) further to approve funding of US $1,061,420
plus support costs of US $79,607 for UNDP for the first tranche of the
phase-out plan.
